AJC Environmental offers specialist asbestos services, including asbestos water tank removals. Our team has extensive experience and knowledge of working with asbestos, and we are happy to help you with any asbestos-related issues you may have.

Removing an asbestos water tank is a straightforward process, but must be done strictly following health and safety guidelines and regulations.

Asbestos Survey

Asbestos water tanks are safe if they are in good condition. However, if the tank is damaged and asbestos fibres enter the atmosphere, it can become dangerous. Asbestos water tanks are concrete tanks seen in older properties, but it is not possible to tell if a tank contains asbestos just by looking at it. An asbestos survey must be carried out to decide this.

We will send a surveyor to discover if your water tank contains asbestos (if installed before 1999, there is a good chance it does). Once we know there is asbestos in the tank, we will carefully disconnect and seal it in an asbestos-safe covering. We will then dispose of it accordingly at a hazardous waste facility. This process minimises the risk of asbestos exposure.

Professional Asbestos Water Tank Removal

We highly recommend leaving any asbestos removal work to professionals. Attempting to remove asbestos without the necessary tools, experience, and knowledge can put you at risk of exposure. Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I cannot fault this company at all. My emails were answered promptly and when scheduled to come he turned up on time.
He made minimal mess and the report we were left with, after samples were tested, was very extensive.

Although he was not the cheapest quote we got, we went with this company as it was local to us. We are pleased that we did.
I would recommend them fully.
